Get to know us
Built from real operations.
Cordenza came out of a need we met working with contractors: finding supply was only the beginning. After that came checking it, comparing terms, coordinating the parties and carrying the process through to the execution of a contract.
What we work with
Six things it takes to close an operation.
Each one solves a problem that really does come up between the order and the signature. Without them, someone has to trust blindly.
-
01
Technology and commercial data
The system organises requests and offers, keeps the source of every figure and extends a commercial base that grows with each operation.
-
02
Strategic relationships
We work with manufacturers, suppliers, representatives, contractors and specialised operators through partnerships of international reach.
-
03
Experience in formal processes
We have taken part in purchasing processes with requirements for documentation, technical validation and accountability.
-
04
Confidentiality
We protect identities, requests, budgets, suppliers and contractual terms. Results are communicated with authorisation or anonymised.
-
05
Financial structure
We have banking and financial relationships to structure solutions applicable to operations that meet the corresponding conditions.
-
06
Insurance and risk management
We work with specialised partners when an operation requires cover, compliance or risk mitigation.
Where it is going
Each operation leaves data. The data improves the next one.
Our vision is that the data generated by real operations forms an infrastructure that is ever more useful for Venezuela: organised demand and supply, better contracting decisions and commercial relationships able to sustain new operations.

Who answers
Orinoco Global Partners.
Cordenza Intelligence is operated and backed by Orinoco Global Partners, the company registered in Venezuela that owns the system. It is the party you contract with and the one that answers for every operation.
Where each number comes from
Every number says where it came from.
Beside every figure you will see a bar of five marks. Five marks: the document exists and can be opened. One mark: someone said it and nobody checked it. And if a figure is missing to build a total, we do not give you the total: we tell you what is missing.
-
There is a document
5 of 5 · Verified
The invoice, the bill of lading or the customs declaration. The paper is there and it can be opened.
-
We checked it ourselves
4 of 5 · Measured
There is no paper from the supplier, but we went to the source and contrasted it. We say against what.
-
It is a calculation
3 of 5 · Estimated
It is not a number picked at random: it comes with the arithmetic in plain sight for you to check.
-
The supplier says so
2 of 5 · Self-reported
They passed it to us and we have not checked it yet. It is useful to get your bearings, not to sign.
-
No backing
1 of 5 · Unverified
It came in with nothing behind it. It is marked as such and is not used to decide anything.
Where we search
This is where we search when an order comes in.
Companies already registered in the base, each with its own record. The search starts here and not from zero. These are registered companies; not all of them have quoted yet.
